HRLeverage Africa, a pan-African workforce management company, is recruiting Sales Managers (Phone Financing) to drive market expansion, recruit dealerships, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple states in Nigeria.

This role is ideal for experienced sales leaders with strong dealer relationship skills and a track record of hitting targets, especially in fintech, telecom, or FMCG environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market growth
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales teams and dealer networks
  • Conduct market analysis and ensure accurate sales forecasting
  • Build strong partnerships with dealers to boost sales performance
  • Review pricing and recommend adjustments based on market trends
  • Track and report sales performance weekly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management (fintech, telecom, or FMCG preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets
  • Strong relationship management and analytical skills

Salary

₦400,000 – ₦700,000 gross monthly (based on experience)
