Turkey Government International Scholarship Benefits

Academic & Age Requirements

Minimum Academic Achievement:

  • Associate & Bachelor’s: 70%
  • Master’s & PhD: 75%
  • Health Sciences: 90%

Age Limits:

  • Bachelor’s: Under 21 years
  • Master’s: Under 30 years
  • PhD: Under 35 years
  • Research Scholarship: Under 50 years

Required Application Documents

  • Valid passport or national ID
  • Recent passport photograph
  • National exam results (if available)
  • Diploma or temporary graduation certificate
  • Academic transcript
  • International exam results (GRE, GMAT, SAT) if required
  • Language proficiency certificate (TOEFL, DELF, etc.) if required

All scholarship recipients without a C1 Turkish proficiency certificate must complete a mandatory one-year Turkish language program.
